Cashood is a cashmere manufacturing company from Nepal. The desire and passion of the company is to conserve the Cashmere industry in Nepal which is slowly loosing its essence to modern world. Handmade cashmere have its own essence and non-comparable to machine made cashmere products. Cashmere manufactured in Cashood are softer, good quality and provides warmth feeling with perfect relaxation.
Cashood ensure to look after the environment aspect, make sure its cashmere products are ethically produced, sustainable and eco-friendly. The company ensure the dying colors are not harmful, water used in the production process are filtered in-house before its release to the environment and aims zero waste during the manufacturing proces..
The other objective of the company is woman empowerment. Having the male dominant society, we aim to empower women by providing training initially. Women in Nepalese society are forbidden to work outside home so we ensure to provide a good working environment which lure women to come and work with us. Cashood believe empowering women eventually helps society to grow in positive direction.
